Today’s Workout:

WARMUP
Run 400M or 200 Jumps (Ropes, Jacks)
Stretch as needed

WORKOUT
Tabata – 8 rounds each exercise.  Each round is 30 seconds — 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest.  Complete all 8 rounds for each exercise before moving on the next exercise.

Step ups or Box Jumps
Burpees
Situps
