WORKOUT — EMOM — each minute on the minute. V-Ups and Hand Release Pushups
The first minute, do 5 vups then 5 hand release pushups. Whatever time is leftover is your rest. Each minute, add another hand release pushup. So the second minute, do 5 vups and then 6 hand release pushups and then rest until the end of that minute. Keep going until you can’t complete the number of hand release pushups you were supposed to do that round in any given minute. For example, if you did 5 vups and 20 hand release pushups in a given minute, the next minute you would need to complete 5 vups and 21 hand release pushups. If you can’t achieve that, you are done. Game over!
