Today’s Workout

WARMUP
200 Jumping Jacks
Stretch as needed

WORKOUT – Do as much as you can in the time allotted.  The intensity is what makes it work!  Try to finish each round in 2 minutes or so.

THE WORKOUT!
20 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes)

1 Round =
100M Sprint or 30 seconds of fast jump rope or 30 quick jumping jacks
5 Burpees
5 Squats
5 Burpees
5 Squats

Do a 10 minute AMRAP if you have not been working out lately.
